Database Business Model Solutions

Our clients come from a diverse set of business environments each with their own unique needs. We specialize in creating web applications that suite each business situation. In one example of this our client was starting a new business to accept entries to fairs and livestock shows over the internet for events around the country. We began by creating a working demo of the web site so that potential customers could see the functionality that was being offered. Then as our client received their first events we created a fully functional web application from the ground up.

Some key features of this application include:

  • Complete online administration that allows our client to create new events from any computer on the Internet.
  • Any number of category levels can be created for each event.
  • The creation of custom entry forms.
  • Logos of each event can be displayed and a direct link from the events web site to their categories.

For example our client can create an event with a main category, two sub-categories, and a unique form for each sub-category designating which fields are required or creating drop down boxes with choices.

People signing up for an event can go directly to an event through a link or search the events offered. They then drill down through whatever categories are set up and fill out the entry form. They are able to upload files and view records of events they have signed up for.

Create custom forms for customers to fill out:

The forms display the questions that you specify with drop downs, checkboxes, and even data files:

Both our client and their customers are very pleased with the results we have achieved:

“Boy, are we getting the entries! Things are going REALLY well. I am very
pleased and so is [my client]. The response has been much better than I even
imagined and considering the fact that [my client] didn't advertise the online
entries at all (other than noting it on their website), I am pleasantly
surprised by how many people are using the service. Good job to you and
thanks for all of your help in getting us this far!” Kaye Rietzenstien - Owner
