SmarterMail 5.0 Mail Conversion

ALL CLIENTS: Antivirus and Spam filtering has been active since our new mail system was implemented for all clients. As of Friday June 6, 2008 all existing mailarmory clients have active spam and virus filtering for their domain. All other hosting clients not using mailarmory prior to the switchover, your spam and virus filtering has been deactivated from your domain. If you would like to continue this service you must contact to be added to this service. Additional fees apply. Mailarmory clients prior to the switchover will be charged the same as they have been in the past. There have been no pricing changes for these services.

If you are a current web and email hosting client and do not currently have spam and virus filtering we are waiving the setup fee for this service during the month of June. Additional charges apply for each account under the domain, if you choose to use this service all accounts under the domain must also use the service and will be charged accordingly. If you add email accounts to your domain after a billing cycle has started, they will be charged on the next quarterly hosting billing cycle.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Make sure your username is your full email address
  • * If you are having trouble sending email, check that the setting for the "outgoing server requires authentication" is checked.
