For networks with 1 server and up to 5 users/PC’s

• Up to 2 hours of onsite or offsite network services per month. Additional time billed at normal hourly rate.
• i-NetworkMonitor service for Servers – 24x7x365 web based Server monitoring of one server.
• i-NetworkMonitor service for desktops and workstations – 24x7x365 web based desktop monitoring for up for 5 PC’s.
• i-RemoteBackup service – Up to 25 GB of online backup storage and service from one server.

 

For networks with 1 or 2 servers and up to 20 users/PC’s

• Up to 4 hours of onsite or offsite network service per month. Additional time billed at normal hourly rate.
• i-NetworkMonitor service for Servers – 24x7x365 web based Server monitoring of one server.
• i-NetworkMonitor service for desktops and workstations – 24x7x365 web based desktop monitoring for up to 10 PC’s
• i-RemoteBackup service – Up to 25GB of online backup storage and service from one server.

 

For Networks with up to 4 servers and up to 50 users/PC’s

• Up to 10 hours of onsite or offsite network services per month. Additional time billed at normal hourly rate.
• i-NetworkMonitor service for Servers – 24x7x365 web based Server monitoring of up to 4 servers.
• i-NetworkMonitor service for desktops and workstations – 24x7x365 web based desktop monitoring for up to 20 PC’s.
• i-RemoteBackup service – Up to 25GB of online backup storage and service from one server

All Packaged Services are billed in advance the first week of every month; all overages are billed on the following month’s credit card transaction.

Package Price will be billed on a monthly basis; all overages and additional network charges will automatically be billed to that same credit card, but may be listed as a seperate transaction or invoice. Network Service Hours DO NOT carry over to following months and DO NOT accrue.

Business must sign up for a one year commitment for the discounted package price. Business must use auto pay by credit card or pay for one year up frnt. Early termination or cancellation must be in writing, and if applicable, a fee equal to 3 months will be charged if cancelled within 12 months of start date of packaged services.
